Senior Partner Program Manager, Automotive

SoundHound builds Voice AI products with conversational intelligence that’s more human(e)We support over two dozen languages and voice-enable everything from cars, devices, services, and apps, allowing our customers to extend their brand in new and meaningful ways.

We are looking for a senior-level contributor who will oversee our partner programs and integrate our Voice AI platform with our external partners(e)You will regularly meet with internal and external teams to ensure our processes and systems remain robust and project progress appropriately(e)This role joins our technology with our partners' products, directly impacting the success of the business.

In this role you will:

• Drive projects forward by building positive, trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication, expectation management, and consistent on-time delivery of software
• Manage strategic automotive partner projects of moderate to high complexity and scope
• Create a realistic project plan, gather requirements, task prioritization, track change management, project reporting, time-tracking, acceptance criteria, and coordination of software releases
• Work with other PPM team members to identify process improvements for a better partner experience

• You have excellent project management and people skills, comfortable building relationships, establishing credibility, and getting things done by connecting with engineers, managers, peers, and cross-functional teams
• You have a growth mindset 
• You have experience with Automotive OEMs
• You have effective organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure items don't “fall through the cracks” while tracking multiple projects
• You take an analytical and data-driven approach to identifying issues 
• You have high-level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
• You have advanced experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and G-Suite skills to manage projects from kick-off to completion
• You have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

We’d be especially excited if you have start-up experience or worked on teams in AI, ML, voice, or search technology space.
