As a Senior Lead Partnerships at Qonto, you will have the mission to build and maintain a partner ecosystem aiming at improving our customer experience and acquisition with the support of your growing team (2 to 4 FTEs in 2022).

You will directly report to Germain, our Director of Partnerships, and work closely with the Growth, Strategic Projects, and Product teams.

?‍??‍? As a Senior Lead Partnerships at Qonto, you will:

Growth Qonto business: You’ll proactively identify opportunities & propose new initiatives that fit Qonto and (potential) partners‘ customers & products(e)You will challenge, influence, and deliver the partnerships roadmap by providing ideas, inspiration, and method;
Make things happen: You will use your sharp negotiation skills to get the best deals and beat the competition(e)You’ll own the full Go-To-Market of the partnerships & initiatives managed by your team incl(e)storytelling, customer offer, business model & business case, customer journey, tracking, marketing & communication plans, cost & impact (ROI);
Coach: Hire new team members, develop existing team members and create an efficient environment for them to learn and grow;
Collaborate: Work closely with growth and product teams to break silos and deliver meaningful projects to increase acquisition & retention(e)Manage internal dependencies to ensure the team achieves project goals, meets the highest quality standards, and delivers on time.

?About You

Experience: You have at least 6 years of experience with a proven track record in a fast-growing environment;•
Leadership skills: You have demonstrated your ability to manage & develop people;
Communication skills: You are able to pitch, convince and negotiate with high-level stakeholders;
Storyteller:  You are able to articulate complex situations in a simple manner to convey meaningful messages & communicate efficiently;
Mastery: You master business planning and are great at project management and stakeholders coordination;
Languages: You are fluent in French and English.

? Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together
- A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working Qonto could be like
- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
