🎩Your Role
You will join the Finance team and be a key part in helping the growth of the business(e)You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including producing financial reporting, streamlining and automating processes, long-term business plans, understanding forecasts and detailed budgets with appropriate analysis of variances, sensitivities, risks and opportunities.

More than 200 people from all over the world to work with you(e)By being part of Convelio, you’ll join a passionate Finance team of 15 people whose mission is to ensure the financial health of the company and develop our finance & accounting processes.
As a Senior FP&A Analyst you will report to the Finance Director and work in a strong collaboration with our Credit, Finance Controlling and Accounting teams.
✏️What you'll do
- Planning & Reporting
- Lead the planning processes (calendar, deliverables, contributors and deadlines) such as multi-year strategic financial plan, budget and reforecast.
- Update and Improve assumptions modeled in the business plan in line with the business evolutions to assess budget and reforecast.
- Prepare the board pack including key drivers, risks and opportunities, track variances vs Actuals, actions plans to improve the business performance and ad hoc analysis.
- Contribute to the monthly finance closing (variance analysis and cut-off journals), consolidation, prepare key finance deliverables and drive improvement in reporting of results to the senior leadership team in collaboration with FP&A analysts
- Develop an analytical reporting to influence strategic decision making
- Manage projects with relevant tools (reporting software, BI tool) to automate reportings, streamline processes and facilitate analysis
- Business partnering
- Provide support to functional leaders to improve their performance review with analysis and financial modeling
- Provide finance decision support for technology innovations investments
- Act as a point of reference for the FP&A analysts

🧑🎨 Your profile
- You have a Business School or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- You have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with a track record of successful development of financial analyses, strategic planning and/or business development in a high tech company
- You are fluent in French & English, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have good analytical skills with a passion for problem solving using data and analytics
- You are highly proficient with Excel and Powerpoint
- You are enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated, hands-on with a strong work ethic
- You are not afraid to get the job done rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty
- You enjoy working in a challenging fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment
- You have a strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects, as well as strong follow through skills
- You are detail oriented with a strong organizational skills and are disciplined in daily activity planning (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information, deal with numerous simultaneous priorities)
