We currently serve a wide range of customers from art galleries, antique dealers, auction houses, online platforms to interior designers.

2 co-founders and around 300 people from all over the world to work with you(e)Among them, 15 people within the Product team.
Within the product team, we usually work in squads and we count 7 Product Managers, 4 Product Designers (UX/UI) and 1 UX Researchers for testing and research, 1 Product Marketing Manager, 1 CPO, front-end developers and back-end developers of plenty.
Our mission: equip art sellers to reduce their time spent on logistics.
Your Role 🎩
Convelio is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Automation Squad which powers the growth and development of Convelio’s business: automate the shipment management process, within Convelio’s fast growing product team.
Our company is growing the product team to build new digital solutions for both its clients and its suppliers in the art industry(e)We prefer pragmatic solutions over complex systems and tools.
We’re looking for an impact-driven, team-oriented Senior Product Manager with great communication skills and who will be responsible for everything related to the product : orchestrating research and testing, design, development and the change management linked to the automation developed(e)You will have a chance to join an empowered squad and form a strong trio with a Product Designer and a Tech lead
✏️ What You’ll Do
- Identify, prioritize and balance business and market opportunities with technical feasibility
- Analyze market trends and cross-countries differences and prioritize options in the roadmap by collaborating with GMs and key stakeholders.
- Lead Product Discovery and organize workshops within the Product Squad to create alignment and ownership for the whole team
- Organize and manage the backlog to work hand-in-hand with the tech lead and developers
- Define and track important KPIs to measure success for existing and new features
- Be a true evangelist for your product and the features you work on, make sure our users understand it as well as our internal relevant stakeholders

🧑🎨 The ideal candidate
- Above all, we are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and self-motivated team-mate, ready to take on initiatives and make an impact, and willing to grow with us in order to transform this market.
- We expect you to have accomplished the following:
- You successfully created “complex” digital products - from ideation to launch (don’t forget follow-up post releases! 😉)
- You are user-oriented and leverage quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions and drive decisions(e)You have either worked with User Researchers or done User Research yourself
- You have a proven track record leading Change across an organisation
- You are fluent in English and French
- Great if you already have it, but if not we can train you on…
- Understanding of how to create the best experience through agility and dedicated tools (we use Notion, Miro, Trello, ProductBoard and many others).
- Working with key technical stakeholders and diverse teams to frame and lead discussions, to assess opportunities and build consensus ahead of important decisions.
- Identifying various business problems or product flaws, and coming up with creative solutions.
- Evaluating opportunistic and innovative ideas, and creating product roadmaps that drive customer delight and business results
- Proactively identifying and communicating risks, and adapting your communication style to suit the audience
- Working directly with developers (Front-end, Back-end) and Designers
- Additional bonus if you have experience in a B2B Scale-Up / a past life in Tech in general (as a Data Analyst, Software Engineer...)
📑 Recruitment process
- First call (30 min) with someone from the HR team at Convelio to create a strong alignment on what we expect from you and what you’re looking for, and tell you more on our way to operate
- A 1 hour interview with the lead Product Manager (and future N+1) to discuss about your past experiences and your future collaboration at Convelio
- A 1h30 remote Product Use Case that you present in front of the CPO, the Lead PM and a fellow PM to evaluate your hard skills and understand how you reflect on Product specific problems(e)This might be followed-up with a 30 minutes call 1-to-1 with the CPO to talk about the long term and general vision
- Meet people from your future Squad in Design and Tech (1h)
- We'll finish with references taking as part of our standard HR practices
