Senior Finance & Strategy Manager Go-To-Market

F&S Managers solve the most exciting and important issues facing the business and help our leadership teams make more effective decisions(e)You will work with senior leaders and across all functions, bring new insight and drive pace.

You will be part of a growing Finance & Strategy team, where you will be problem solving and working directly with the France General Manager, local management team to support execution for the French Market.

What you'll be doing

You will be both a strategic and analytical problem-solver as well as a doer, leading change, mobilising the organisation and taking ownership of the impact.

More specifically, you will:

• Partner with all the France GM and country leadership teams to help set the strategic direction of the market

• Own P&L and profitability targets for the region and present this to relevant leadership team 

• Drive investment decisions and key resource allocation discussions, including ROI-based economic trade-offs

• Establish and maintain key metrics and reporting to help provide insights to business performance. 

• Leverage your commercial experience and knowledge to identify areas of strategic interest and frame approaches to tackle them

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in the business to develop, track and analyse performance on strategic issues of importance 

• Ensure linkage to central functions in execution of country initiatives, deployment of new products/capabilities and alignment with company-wide missions

• Lead your team to discover, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to perform strategic analysis and research

Requirements

For this role you need to be tenacious, sophisticated and have the following skill set:

• Significant experience working closely with senior leadership 

• Previously commercial finance experience at a senior level (for example FP&A experience) 

• Strong experience in financial techniques (P&L, investments, process, performance measurement, etc.) and in project management

• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, commercial, highly analytical, clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity

• Successful track record operating, partnering with and influencing exec-level stakeholders

• Excel at solving unstructured problems

• Able to lead cross-functional teams without authority

• Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry or in any customer-obsessed business is a plus
