Under the VP of Sales leadership, as a seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in SMB SaaS selling, your role is to lead a sales pod/team of 5-6 persons to be successful by providing guidance, training, and mentorship, analyzing data, setting goals, and helping your team reach them.
? Responsibilities
- Setting individual sales and activity targets for your team and overseeing its performance
- Helping your sales team reach and surpass quota with training and mentoring
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product training
- Building and maintaining strong dashboarding and revenue ops analytics for your team, in and outside of Salesforce
- Monitoring performance and running reporting
- Meeting your team sales goals
- Contributing to nurturing your sales team happiness at work and their professional development and career growth

- English is your native or second language
- 2+ years experience selling SaaS products, ideally for SMBs
- Solid track record of 100%+ consistent quota attainment
