As a Regional Partnerships Manager, your mission will be to manage, develop and scale our partnership strategy throughout Lyon and Auvergne Rhône Alpes. You will be accountable for generating opportunities, developing the region, and managing partner relationships that will make Qonto shine and increase the number of customers.
You will directly report to
Romain, our Regional Partnerships Manager, and work closely with the Partnerships and the Growth team.
???? As a Regional Partnerships Manager at Qonto, you will :
• Define and execute the partnership's roadmap: You will establish partnerships with leading players in Lyon and Auvergne Rhône Alpes;
• Approach and develop relationships: You will build strong relationships with industry associations (CCI, CPME, CAPEB...) and other strategic key players in government institutions, entrepreneurs networks, and commercial organizations (as well as incubators, co-working spaces, accountants community...);
• Build agreements: You will structure and negotiate partnership agreements;
• Own the project delivery: You will ensure commitments are met once the contract is signed, manage the relationship and improve Qonto's awareness in the region through dedicated marketing actions;
• Organize and participate in network events: You will organize and enrich Qonto's presence in Lyon environment increasing the number of customers(e)You will speak for Qonto in front of different audiences (potential clients, partners, institutions...).
? What you can expect?

? About you
•Experience: You have 5+ years of experience as a Partnerships Manager or in a business development position;
•Relationship skills: You thrive from negotiating with market leaders to building relationships and managing partnerships;
• Teamwork: You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in full autonomy, in a hyper-growth context;
•Communication: You have a proven successful experience in communicating and collaborating in a fast-paced international environment(e)You are able to represent Qonto in front of different audiences;
•Project Management: Your high level of organization helps you manage several projects at the same time;
•Languages: You speak both French and English fluently.
Note: The Regional Partnership Manager will have 2 desks: one at H7 (Incubator in Lyon) and one at CPME for H'all in Lyon.
