As a Public Relations & Communication Manager for France, your mission will be to increase Qonto’s awareness in the company’s priority market, delivering strategic communications plans across owned and earned channels(e)In collaboration with the Global communications team, you will ensure consistency of company-wide communication, share best practices, and support impactful regional media strategies.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Lead for France (to be recruited), this newly created role will be focused on driving local PR campaigns as appropriate to maximize relevance in France while maintaining Qonto’s reputation(e)Working closely with the global PR team and local teams (sales, partnerships, product, legal), you will be accountable for telling Qonto’s story to journalists in both corporate and consumer press.
????As a Public Relations & Communication Manager France at Qonto, you will
• Lead, plan and conceive impactful PR campaigns, ROI-led, in line with our brand image and business objectives on the French market
• Maintain a strong, current understanding of the French media landscape
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key media in technology, business and national press in France
• Manage and prepare interview process for key local spokespersons
• Brief and manage day-to-day our local public relations agency for successful execution and analysis of all our communication activities
• Develop editorial content to increase our share of voice and ensure consistency of Qonto’s messaging: PR releases, speeches, Q&As, bylines, keynotes etc
• Align and integrate plans with marketing, social, CS, legal and other business and brand stakeholders

?About You
• Experience: You have 4+ years of experience as a Public Relations Manager either in-house or at an agency
• Creativity: You have a disrupting approach to communications while cultivating strong attention to detail
• Teamwork: You have a proven successful experience working in a collaborative and cross-functional setting
• Communication: You can formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues and create a concise and well-written narrative to express it
• Project Management: You are used to working in a fast-paced environment, highly motivated with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines and prioritize your own workload
• Languages: You speak both French and English fluently

- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you envision yourself at the company
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
