In the Pennylane Education team, our mission is to answer our clients' questions even before they ask them(e)We ensure each client has access to the right ressources at the right time, 2-clicks away. As part of the core Education team, you will own the success of the Pennylane forum for our French Accounting partners(e)You ensure the smooth experience of our users on the forum, organise content campaigns to keep them engaged, and coordinate internal teams so that each question is answered. This role requires a passion for customers, content and technology.
Missions
Community Success Management (30%)
-> Responsible for community goals & KPIs, roadmap, platform configuration
-> Grow the Forum user base and the engagement of each member
-> Communicates with internal and external stakeholders
-> Represent the company brand and tone of voice via the content published on the forum
Moderation & Coordination (30%)
-> Ensure posted questions & discussions aligns with terms of use and guidelines
-> Coordinate with internal teams to provide the right expertise to unanswered questions
-> Manage day-to-day escalations to support teams
-> Arrange misplaced content
-> Archive outdated conversations
Content management (20%)
-> Define the quarterly content roadmap
-> Coordinate content creation with the Education & PMM teams
-> Publish relevant content on product news and tips & tricks
Analytics (20%)
-> Track and analyse forum growth metrics
-> Solicit feedback and drive insights to boost the forum success
Competences
- Previous experience with community management in a b2b environment
- Outstanding communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Capacity to coordinate others within the company
- Analytical thinking and data analysis skills
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English
- (Bonus) Knowledge of finance or accounting is a plus
