?YOUR ROLE WILL BE :

As a Production Support Engineer working at Hivebrite, being part of the Production Support Team, your primary goal is to solve customer incidents.

?YOUR MISSION WILL BE:

  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues (bugs or incidents) arised to the Production Support Team by your software engineering skills.
  • Identify root causes of technical issues in production and out of box failures (recover first)
  • Follow, propose and report key metrics and indicators regarding the performance of the incident management and associated processes, in collaboration with other members of the team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure counter-measures (rollback, toggle-off, hotfix…) defined to recover incidents are adequate and limit risks of further incidents.
  • Help to improve the monitoring.
  • Suggest improvements regarding our production scalability.
  • Be a key contributor to our Disaster Recovery Plan.

?YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF:

  • Basic knowledge of one programming language (Java, PHP, Ruby etc.)
  • Knowledge of SQLKnowledge of Cloud technologies (ideally GCP)
  • Strong analytical skills when it comes to quickly understanding new and complex technical challenges
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong customer focus and service attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability regarding promises and commitments
  • Team play spiritHigh willingness to learn and develop oneself

?RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • A 60 min video-call with with our Head of production support  to better understand your career plan and answer any of your questions
  • A 60 min video-call with a functional expert and a developer
  • A 30 min video-call with our Head of Human Resources to better know you and answer any of your questions at this stage of the process

  • ?Our recruitment process lasts max 15 working days and we can deliver an offer 48 hours after the final interview
