As a Partnerships, Trade MarketingManager at Qonto, you will have the mission to manage a portfolio of partnerships & ensure their success from launch to activation numbers & evolution/lifecycle(e)All our partnerships aim to improve our customer acquisition and customer experience/usage (driving retention & ARPU).

As a Partnership, Trade Marketing Manager at Qonto, you will join our Partnerships Trade Marketing team, composed of 6 team members, each managing a specific vertical & portfolio of partners(e)You will be a member of our Partnership Team (20 team members) & report to our Trade Marketing Team Lead.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As Partnerships, Trade Marketing Manager at Qonto, you will:

Own the full Go-To-Market of the partnerships you manage incl(e)storytelling, customer & partner offer, business model & business case, customer journey, tracking, marketing & communication plans, and cost & impact (ROI)(e)You’ll manage launch but also run & more importantly continuous improvement;
Be accountable for your partnerships’ success from launch to activation numbers & evolution/lifecycle;
Scale, nurture, and optimize partnerships beyond launch incl(e)by identifying incremental, mutually beneficial opportunities to grow the partnership;
Work closely with central Growth and Product teams to break silos and deliver meaningful projects to increase acquisition & retention(e)You’ll manage internal dependencies to achieve project goals, meet the highest quality standards, and deliver on time;
Build business cases for partners, and internal purposes to develop our business development efforts.

Experience: You have a first experience with the customer journey, product integration, CRM & marketing initiatives
Analytical and business-oriented: You can leverage data and insights to support your decision-making process
Project Management: You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being hands-on.
Account Management and Customer Obsessed: You prioritize customer needs & experience in every business goal and you have the ability to manage different partner accounts.
Storyteller: You like to articulate complex situations in a simple manner to convey meaningful messages & communicate efficiently
Languages: You speak both French and English fluently

💪 Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together
- A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working Qonto could be like
- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
