🚀 The Challenge 🚀
We're looking for an Outsourcing Delivery Specialist to join our Care Community(e)
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that performance of our care external teams meets Alan's high standards(e)You'll work closely with our Care Ops team and other Outsourcing Delivery Specialists to manage partnerships and optimize our outsourced activities, which currently handle a significant share of our customer interactions.
Some of the missions include:
- Monitoring and improving the performance of outsourced teams
- Collaborating with Care Ops to manage partnerships effectively
- Implementing and refining processes to maintain quality standards at scale
- Analyzing data to drive continuous improvement in outsourced operations
- Contributing to the scaling of our Care Community while maintaining excellent user experience

You will excel as a Outsourcing Delivery Specialist if you:
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English & French.
- Have excellent project management and leadership skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Are passionate about process optimization and can implement solutions in a quick and iterative way.
- Have an organized and structured mindset.
- Externally, showcase strong negotiation skills, and an ability to engage in difficult/constructive conversations in a transparent way, finding the good balance between benevolence and firmness.
- Can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate excellent growth potential.
- Showcase interest in no-code, AI, and tooling.
Whether you're a recent engineer / business graduate with a passion for Care, with 1 - 3 years of experience and a knack for managing external parties, we want to hear from you.
