Job description:

As an Office Manager, you will join Yousign’s People Team ! This team is made up of 6 people and is growing fast!

In direct collaboration with the Office & Workplace Experience Manager, your role will be to ensure that the employees of Yousign work in the best possible conditions(e)You will participate in the management of offices and the improvement of the working environment, the integration of new Yousigners and the organization of internal events!

Your missions:

  • Maintain a high quality work environment: you will be responsible for the layout and good maintenance of our offices (in Paris & Caen), monitoring of stocks and orders of supplies, assuring the health and security of our work sites, etc.

  • Maintain the relationships with our service providers and suppliers: you will manage the communication with all of our existing partners (contracts, ordering, deliveries, etc.), challenge ongoing contracts, benchmark new suppliers, and manage the budget and invoicing of contracts in collaboration with our finance department 

  • Support the integration of newcomers: you will help make the onboarding process fluid and welcome new Yousigners (welcome pack, onboarding agenda, welcome breakfast …)

  • Participate in the organization of internal events: you will take part in the organization of team-buildings, seminars, breakfasts, snacks..(e)in order to make the Yousign team stronger than ever

  • Be a point of contact for employee travel: manage the logistics with our partners (transport, lodging, restauration) to assure a smooth trip for each of our collaborators 

  • Other: you will help our Office Manager with all other punctual projects (document archiving, mail writing, internal organization, etc..)

Your profile:

If you are a rigorous, very organized and dynamic person who likes to create a positive environment and cultivate links between teams, you are in the right place(e)?

  • You’re a true multi-tasker: you know how to deal with a wide variety of tasks, including those that arrive unexpectedly  

  • Empathy is your middle name, and you have an easy, caring and efficient level of communication

  • Building relationships comes naturally to you, and you’ve a knack for taking care of the people you work with 

  • You are motivated, proactive and autonomous

  • Your level of spoken and written French is impeccable, as is your English  

  • You know (or will know) how to use Gsuite, Excel, Slack, AtSpoke ...
