As an Office Manager, you will join the People team that is responsible for building a fast-growing team that supports Qonto's ambition!

Your role will be to create the best work environment for the team and make their life easier(e)You will work closely with Sarah, our VP People, who will be as well your manager.

?‍??‍?As an Office Manager at Qonto, you will

Be responsible for the Office management of the company and will:

Make sure the office is the best place to work (clean, fully furnished, functional)
• Monitor office supplies inventory and stocks (order furniture required from the team)
Manage our service providers for office management (food delivery)
Manage facilities/real estate relationships
Setup and share good standards/rules to follow in the office and make sure everybody is aware
Organize onboarding for new joiners in collaboration with the People Development Manager
Participate in setting up the next move (planed in July 2022) by guaranteeing the global coordination

? About You

Experience: You have 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager or equivalent.
Mastery: You are hands-on, able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload but you are also accurate and rigorous in everything you do.
Teamwork: You are able to build strong relationships with the team based on confidentiality and trust(e)Sense of service is your first quality!
Communication: You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages: You speak both French and English.
Education: You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

? Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any of your questions
- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to create a strong alignment on what they will expect from you and tell you more about their way of operating
- A fully remote exercise to evaluate your abilities and give you a taste of what you could work on at Qonto
- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you envision yourself at the company
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
