👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an Office Manager at Qonto, you will

Ensure our Parisian office is kept in the best conditions & support projects related to work conditions improvements
Monitor office supplies inventory and stocks (e.g., create/follow up a budget for expenses, order furniture required from the team)
Manage our service providers (food delivery, furniture, logistics etc.)
Manage facilities relationship with WeWork
Setup and share good standards/rules and make sure everybody is aware
Assist onboarding sessions for new joiners in collaboration with the People Development Manager
• Participate in obtaining the B-Corp label

Your future Manager will be Yannick, our Lead Workplace & Facilities would be the ones to help you succeed in your missions

His background? Yannick is experienced in facilities and general services, with a track record in the tourism and service industries(e)Being always service-oriented, Yannick has quite an unusual career track, which he’s always happy to share
What does he bring to the team? Always fully loaded with energy and approachable, he likes to entrust his team with responsibilities and believes that trust and communication are the keys to success(e)He worked abroad for a couple of years in different countries and bring an international dimension to the department.

🏅About You

Experience: You have 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager or Site Manager
Mastery: You are hands-on, able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload but you are also accurate and rigorous in everything you do.
Teamwork: You are able to build strong relationships with the team based on confidentiality and trust(e)Sense of service is your first quality!
Communication: You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages: You speak both French and English.
Education: You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

💪 Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together
- A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working Qonto could be like
- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department

We will send you an interview guide so you can best prepare yourself.
On average our process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within 48 hours 🤞
