Today, Virtuo is growing very fast and now, the People Team need you to manage the office and animate the daily life of the Virtuosos with events.
You will report directly to the People Ops
You have a high-level of service attitude, you are known for your amazing communication skills and you thrives under autonomy? We are looking for our Energetic office manager to help us daily in our fast growing environment(e)You will be a central touch point with all teams (worldwide) and work from our office in France.

? Your missions :
Office management
- Coordinate office logistics and ensure the relationship with our service providers (cleaning service, food delivery..)
- Order all employee materials according to the budget
- Ensure the proper functioning of all office materials : photocopier, coffee machine, central heating ...
- Ensure health & security in the office : emergency procedure, badges, purchase covid personal protective equipment / sanitary measures...
- Assist the team with their expenses : travels, bookings...
- Manage mail / UPS
- Help the international team (UK, Italy, Spain) to organise their office life
- We are moving to new premises, you will probably be in charge of managing the move! This new office will be totally yours ;)

IT
- Manage internationally and ensure the maintenance of the IT park (materials : laptop, phones ...)
- Ensure that we have great internet connection + reliable IT materials in the office

Event
- Organize monthly team events to strengthen our company culture
- Organize unforgettable offsite
- Help our international teams (Spain, UK and Italy) to organise their events
- Be creative with any other initiative :)

? You are the ideal candidate if :
A successful experience in office or workplace management (1/2 years)
You are recognized as a proactive and organised person, constantly one step ahead and with attention to details
Take pride in helping people, solving problems and getting things done
You are a good negotiator to reduce the cost of our service providers
Positive, friendly and outgoing personality
You speak French & English : writing & speaking required
