As an Office Manager, you will be in charge of both the bookkeeping and the daily management of the office(e)
You will report to our HR Manager(e)

Accounting management:

- Management of customer invoicing, follow-up of cash receipts,
- Management of supplier invoices and payments,
- Cash management: bank account management, cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, supplier payments,
- Preparation of documents for monthly closings on Pennylane,
- Point of contact with our accountants and CAC during annual accounting closing.

Office management : 

- Day-to-day management of matters related to the Paris office,
- Management of orders (supplies, snacks, beverages, coffee, etc.) and follow-up of stocks,
- Participation in the optimization of tools, software, and processes,
- Expense report follow-up 
- Management of the computer park,
- Mail management,
- Archiving and digitization of documents,

Assists the HR Manager on these matters :

- organization of events (afterworks, seminars)
- onboarding of new employees,
- Payroll management
- Expense report follow-up 

These missions are not exhaustive and may be subject to change.
Profile required :

- Accounting knowledge required.
- A first experience would be appreciated,
- You master Excel,
- You are rigorous, organized, and conscientious,
- You are a self-starter and have a strong sense of initiative,
- You speak English fluently,
- You have a good capacity for adaptation.
