We've combined our unique pricing expertise and advanced data analytics processes into the simple - yet powerful - Pricemoov Platform which assist our customers in their day-to-day lives and help them capture revenue gains through enhanced pricing strategies.

With a team of 45 and backed by international VCs, we're very well positioned in the pricing software market and maintain huge growth ambition!  We opened our office in New York City in November 2021(e)At the end of 2022, meet with the opening of Singapore and we will exceed 100 employees! Join our team we are hiring!

As a CSM Ops, you will support the CSM team on these topics:

People: build and nurture active trusted advisor relationships with customers from the
champion to the economic buyer and other senior executives, set expectations our company
can systematically deliver towards.

Adoption: provide a smooth fast-tracked customer onboarding(e)Enable identification of
barriers to successful adoption(e)Design success plans agreed with customers’ senior
executives.

Care: lead the team to be a proactive, agile, and responsive escalation point for project and
customer issues(e)Work effectively with internal teams to drive rapid resolution.

Value: ensure delivery of periodic Strategic Business Reviews providing an accurate snapshot
of the current engagement status and health including performance measurement based on
the customer’s goals and objectives.

Reporting: Report to the executive team with regular assessments of the health of the
customer portfolio(e)Assess renewal risks for subscription contracts and facilitate internal
communication and collaboration on action plans to minimize churn.

Inspiration: inspire our customers by providing them access to Pricemoov thought
leadership, users’ conferences, webinars, and other skillset development opportunities.
Identify customer reference candidates for sales and marketing efforts and serve as the voice
of the customer to inform our product and customer-facing business processes.

Growth: collaborate with the Sales and Professional Services groups to identify and qualify
opportunities for footprint growth within the current customer base and coordinate
appropriate resources to engage in the upselling or cross-selling processes.

What will you bring to our team ?

  • Judgment, tact and humility
  • You have an engineering or business background and you are looking for an 5+ months
  • internship or an end of studies internship or gap year.
  • You have excellent listening skills and communicate with impact (written and verbal) both in
  • French and English(e)German is a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Power Point, Excel) is key(e)Experience with Zendesk, Hubspot and
  • Notion is a plus.
