Artifakt is looking for an Office Manager to join us in 2022 to work directly with our co-founders to provide crucial organization support and make an immediate impact.

You have experience as an Assistant or Office Manager, ideally for BtoB companies - providing support at an executive or managing level.
You are used to assist with finance process and/or act as a coordinator for sales administration.
You are able to assist with HR related topics (eg(e)payroll, personnel administration, onboarding).
You are highly organized and know how effectively prioritizes and responds accordingly.
You have a strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
