As an Artifakt Customer Success Manager, you will be leading end-to-end customer relations, from onboarding to run stages.

You will also work in close collaboration with other teams in order to:
You have proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in a software B2B company or web agency.
You master the project management process (kick-off, onboarding, training, follow-up, support...).
You have a customer-first mindset and know-how to interact with both users and decision-makers (CTO, CDO, CMO, CEO).
BONUS: You have IT knowledge or even skills in web development, infrastructure, or DevOps/Cloud.
