Our Customer Team ensures product adoption and customer success, by providing the best support and application expertise while contributing to the product improvement to make sure we deliver the best PaaS experience possible.

As an Artifakt Customer Success Manager, you will be leading end-to-end customer relations, from onboarding to run stages.

 

What You’ll Do:

Onboarding - Build

  • Liaise with the Sales Team to initialize the customer journey and lead it from day one;
  • Setup and share the customer project roadmap - in tandem with a Solution Engineer for the technical part;
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings (kick-off, onboarding, follow-up, ...);
  • Provide training sessions for end-user;
  • Keep the customer project and relationship on track and respect the agenda.

Support - Run

  • Organize and lead monthly/weekly/quarterly follow-up meetings;
  • Analyze and monitor Customer KPI and present report;
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships - get a deeper understanding of customer needs and upcoming challenges;
  • Identify and support business opportunities (new projects, upsell, renewal...);
  • Provide 1st level functional support and maintain the ticket backlog - escalate if needed and make sure clients get a reply within the SLA;

You will also work in close collaboration with other teams in order to:

  • Contribute to the functional documentation (how-to, troubleshooting, etc.) and keep it up to date;
  • Anticipate new customer onboarding or POCs with the Sales Team;
  • Co-organize customer testimonials with the Marketing Team;
  • Share customer feedback with the Product Team to improve the Artifakt PaaS product and user experience.

 

You're a great fit for this role if:

You have proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in a software B2B company or web agency.

You master the project management process (kick-off, onboarding, training, follow-up, support...).

You have a customer-first mindset and know-how to interact with both users and decision-makers (CTO, CDO, CMO, CEO).

BONUS: You have IT knowledge or even skills in web development, infrastructure, or DevOps/Cloud.
