As a Marketing Projects and Campaign Manager, you will work with Antoine, our Senior Lead Marketing France, and hand in hand with stakeholders across Qonto, to develop our awareness across our market in France.

Your mission is to support the team in delivering and implementing the most relevant marketing strategy.
You’ll have the chance to work with other teams across Qonto (Brand, PR & Comms, Content, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Performance) and work closely with Antoine in managing diverse marketing campaigns.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Marketing Projects and Campaign Manager at Qonto, you will:

• Coordinate and be implicated in key projects in the French market, in different departments
• Optimise internal processes to foster efficiency
• Monitor roadmaps for marketing campaigns

🤝 About your future manager:

Your manager will be our Senior Lead Marketing France, Antoine.

His background? After almost 10 years within the AdTech industry at Criteo and Teads, Antoine decided to challenge himself and move to the FinTech industry after following Qonto’s development for several years.
In his spare time, Antoine likes to play the drums and is renovating a house.

What does Antoine bring to the team? Antoine has an overall experience in the marketing sector and can share a lot from his experience working in leading large company in the FrenchTech.

🏅About You :

Team-player: you love working hand-in-hand with several stakeholders within the company as well as partnering with external agencies
Autonomous: you have strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and you are hands-on
Analytical thinker: you have a data-driven approach and you are proactive in recommending improvements and actions based on the evidence
Experience: you have at least 2 years of experience in a marketing or project management role (either in a consulting firm or in a fast-growing startup)
Languages: you speak English fluently, an additional language will be a plus (FR,DE, ES, IT)
Education: you have a Master's or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering

💪 Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together
- A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working Qonto could be like
- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
