Marketing Coordinator - Internship

What can we offer the intern?

The intern will be joining the French Team as Marketing Coordinator(e)He/She will be under
the responsibility of the Field Marketing Manager, as part of the broader Field Marketing
team(e)The intern will learn to coordinate marketing activities in a stimulating, fast-paced
international environment.

His/her missions include:

• support the Field Marketing Team with the implementation of short and long-term
  marketing strategies and campaigns in order to increase brand awareness, lead
  generation, and pipeline creation
• coordinate and execute internal processes (lead uploads, email planning,
  design requests, etc)
• Prepare and monitor campaigns with marketing automation tools
• understanding and participating to a B2B marketing strategy roll-out
  ○ build media partnerships
  ○ support in managing local events
  ○ draft campaign plans
  ○ analyze the campaigns success and creating post-mortems
• participate to the content creation effort
  ○ localize existing content
  ○ find snackable insights
  ○ create social posts
  ○ create insight emails
• Any other assignments or responsibilities that may occur during the internship

We are looking for someone with at least a previous 6-month internship experience, who has:

• Interest in Marketing/Communications or a related field (preferred)
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office and Google for Work applications
  (preferred)
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills (must-have)
• Effective organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects in a
  fast-paced environment (must-have)
• Self-starter who takes initiative (must-have)
• Fluent in English (must-have)
