After a first phase of hypergrowth, it’s time for us to focus on monetizing our product – think no 
more, you’ll have a key role to play in this strategic move! You’ll be instrumental in driving 
utilization of our new features by understanding the purchasing behavior of our customers while 
driving & leading collaboration between Marketing, Product, Sales & Customer Success(e)Building 
solutions is nice..(e)Delivering them with the right storytelling for our customers to figure how much
value we can bring is even better
 
HOW you will contribute to the company as a Junior PMM
 
You’ll be joining a brand-new PMM team of four, accompanied by two senior profiles, within a 30+ Product organization, supported by an engineering team of 110.
- You’re focusing on turning our users in your best friends: you strive to understand their needs, 
challenges and aspirations to translate it into valuable insights for our PM and designers
- You’re contributing to build the most efficient processes between our Product & Marketing
teams and providing best-in-class education material to the Sales & CS teams 
- You’ll drive monetization by packaging our features in the sexiest way with the right 
content, supported by a compelling storytelling
 
WHAT you can expect from your life at Pennylane
 
Within one month
 
- You’ll learn everything about our company, our teams, and our vision during the first onboarding week
- You’ll familiarize yourself with the product and the accounting industry (You will have access to a lot of documentation and will assist to trainings organized by your peers)
- You’ll get a very deep knowledge of our Product organization, methods, and culture
 
Within 3 months
 
- You’ll contribute to the launch of at least two new features by identifying gaps in current go-to-market strategies, process improvement opportunities and by driving a ROI-obsessed approach
- You’ll start studying users and market insights to initiate a reflection on the Product roadmap
- You’ll contribute to dynamize the positioning of the Product Marketing function all across the organization
 
Within 6 months
 
- You’ll have enforced solid and fluid processes enabling optimal features launch and maximizing value of user research
- You’ll help positioning the department as support and enabler to the Sales, Growth & CS teams
- You’ll put user engagement, feature adoption and utilization at the core of the Product manager’s concerns
 
And beyond
The PMM team is expecting to grow to 4-5 people within one year, which means you’ll have :
 
- Put the PMM team at the core of the product development strategy
- Proactively identify future business opportunities
- Progress towards a more senior PMM role

What does the recruitment process look like ? 
 
You will first have a general chat with a Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min)
You'll then have a deeper discussion with Maxime, Head of Product Marketing (45 min)
You’ll then work on case study and discuss it with Maxime (CMO) and Tancrède (CPO) (1h)
You’ll then have a discussion with 2 members from the Marketing and Product teams to assess the fit and the Product culture (45 min)
 
We make sure we move fast ; you can expect the recruitment process with us to last between 15 and 25 days in total.
