Au sein de Talend Product Operations, vous rejoindrez en tant que DevOps Engineer une équipe en forte croissance : la Software Factory(e)
La mission principale de la Software Factory est de faire du pattern "You build it, you run it" une réalité pour les Product Teams(e)Vous aurez la responsabilité de rendre autonomes les Product Engineering Teams, leur permettant de créer des produits de qualité rapidement et en adhérence avec l'attendu utilisateur.
Vous travaillerez en proximité avec les autres entités R&D, ce qui inclut les équipes de développement, Infra Platform et QA.
Vos missions:
- Accompagner les équipes Produit Talend sur le chemin de l'adoption DevOps : Promouvoir le pattern "You build it, you run it" et guider le changement au sein des équipes produit afin de constituer un modèle DevOps permettant une accélération du TTM et un passage au déploiement continu.
- Développer des solutions impactantes : Être lead/contribuer à la mise en place de solutions en réalisant vision, designs techniques et développement dans un contexte full cloud(e)Être garant du succès en produisant des prototypes, du code de production ou des librairies(e)S'appuyer sur les bonnes pratiques GitOps, Infrastructure as a Service et orchestration de conteneurs(e)
- Contribuer au collectif : Prendre part au support des assets de la Software Factory afin de promouvoir résilience, scalability, disponibilité et fiabilité des déploiements(e)Organiser des sessions d'échange, formation, partage de connaissance ainsi que des coding dojos(e)Contribuer aux efforts d'amélioration continue à l'échelle de l'équipe.
Le profil idéal:
- Créatif/ve et avec une appétence pour la résolution de problème
- Convaincu(e)par l'approche DevOps
- Expérience en développement (Java/Go)
- Expérience en automatisation sur des technologies Cloud, déploiement d'applications et provisionnement d'infrastructure
- Connaissances pratiques en DevOps et outils CI/CD (Git, Jenkins)
- Connaissances pratiques en déploiement Cloud (AWS/Azure) et Conteneur/Orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Expérience dans la définition et mise en place d'optimisations cloud et de bonnes pratiques résilience, mise à l'échelle et performance.
- Connaissance d'outils de monitoring et alerting tels que Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Logstash
- A déjà travaillé dans un contexte agile
- Autonomie, bon relationnel et bonnes compétences en communication
- Bonne maitrise de l'Anglais
