Role & Responsibilities
Main Role:
• Provide support for the company within Europe
• Help maintain coverage across the company’s portfolio companies
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with our portfolio companies
• Offer support to our portfolio companies on issues and challenges faced
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the company in market scanning and deepening our understanding and visibility of our portfolio companies
• Help rising stars in our portfolio grow and maximize their potential including assisting with studio-level planning and organization
• Work with our portfolio companies across project issues and challenges including production, go-to-market, and platform or publishing partnerships, etc.
• Identify opportunities and ways to best support our portfolio companies and leverage necessary people and resources within the company
• Provide advice and support for topics within your expertise and domain skills, and actively collaborate with other teams within the company
Key Requirements
• Experience with game development/game industry
• Game development or publishing background in PC/Console, global/western markets, experience with GaaS preferred
• Preferably has shipped a game or been part of a team that shipped a game; AAA experience a plus
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, and with strong initiative
