Role
Reporting to the VP Hyper casual, the Head of Hyper casual studios develops and grows our internal studio base(e)
Your direct reports:
- Hypercasual studios operations managers
- CEO of acquired companies
- Expand the existing base from 10 to 50 internal studios by building or buying new studios
- Build: hire key Studio Directors to build additional new internal studios greenfield
- Buy: identify and accompany M&A on key external HC studios to acquire and define relevant integration schemes of acquired studios
- Track and manage performance to maximize our hit-games generation
- Manage talents within our installed base
Profile
- 5-8 years experience in top tier consulting firm and/or big tech company
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset, striving for excellence
- Systematic and analytical thinking, low ego, and politics
- Top eng or business school (mandatory)
