As a C&B and HR Data Analyst, your main role will be :
Compensation & Benefits
- Participate in salary market surveys and benchmarks to ensure competitiveness and recommend necessary changes
- Maintain job leveling and classifications in order to define internal compensation ranges
- Assist C&B/HR Data Manager in Equity Management
- Support with annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, LTI)
HR Data
- Manage HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data
- Monitor HR KPIs on a monthly basis for the Executive team
- Maintain & create Data Visualisation tools to support HR/TA and Operational teams
- Manage Employee engagement survey and analysis for all Business Units
- Produce C&B/HR Data reports on regular and/or adhoc basis
- Support HR Team on ad hoc projects (in particular payroll)
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in C&B roles ideally from compensation consulting firms
- Expert in data management and quantitative analysis
- Knowledge of one or more grading systems (Mercers, Hays, Towers, Croner, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong sense of organization, rigor and agility
- Full proficiency in English, French and Excel / Google Sheet(e)
