Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do(e)As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market(e)Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of four teams: People, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

As a C&B and HR Data Analyst, your main role will be :

Compensation & Benefits

  • Participate in salary market surveys and benchmarks to ensure competitiveness and recommend necessary changes
  • Maintain job leveling and classifications in order to define internal compensation ranges
  • Assist C&B/HR Data Manager in Equity Management
  • Support with annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, LTI)

HR Data

  • Manage HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data
  • Monitor HR KPIs on a monthly basis for the Executive team
  • Maintain & create Data Visualisation tools to support HR/TA and Operational teams
  • Manage Employee engagement survey and analysis for all Business Units
  • Produce C&B/HR Data reports on regular and/or adhoc basis
  • Support HR Team on ad hoc projects (in particular payroll)

Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in C&B roles ideally from compensation consulting firms 
  • Expert in data management and quantitative analysis
  • Knowledge of one or more grading systems (Mercers, Hays, Towers, Croner, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong sense of organization, rigor and agility
  • Full proficiency in English, French and Excel / Google Sheet(e)
