We are looking for a skilful and enthusiastic marketing professional who will lead the efforts on improving organic growth and virality, leveraging paid media, and increasing visibility through online content(e)You will also hire and manage the growth team to help with those efforts.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
In this role, you will:

- Lead a growth organization 
- Work closely with the Product and Sales teams to build viral and growth loops to shape the product to self-grow and optimize our funnel acquisition, activation, retention, recommendation, revenue
- Own the growth roadmap, including all planning, budgeting and execution
- Own the end-to-end growth marketing across the lifecycle of the customer experience, acquisition, conversion, analytics, and attribution (SEO, Media, etc.)
- Use marketing automation and lead management tools to streamline, automate, measure marketing tasks & build growth loops(e)Generate  leads and a strong MQL pipeline
- Deliver reporting and analytics that show how growth strategies impact revenue; define and track key metrics, develop dashboards, deliver analysis as needed

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Experience required
- 5-7 years experience in a B2B marketing role with minimum 2 years team management experience
- Experience working with Leadership team
- Extensive experience in the following areas: copywriting, SEO, paid acquisition, marketing automation, project management, analytics
- Proven track of success growing user bases, optimizing funnels, and understanding how to measure and maximize products

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required: ideally a qualification in marketing or a related subject.

- Curiosity: you possess a strong desire to learn new technologies, the curiosity to figure out how things work, and a passion for improving the customer experience
- Customer-centric: you have the ability to put yourself in the sales/prospects/customers shoes and apply this empathy to help build great campaigns that address their needs.
- Flexibility and understanding of the culture of a fast-paced, commercially oriented technology company.
- Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude, accustomed to working in an international environment, action-driven.
- Hands-on project management experience, including the ability to organise, prioritise, and manage deadlines.
- Collaborative team player combined with the ability to work independently.
- Passion for making the difference, interested in our ability to have a social impact in the world of retail.
- Native English speaker
