We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and ambitious leader who will own inbound sales pipeline generation and revenue growth for EMEA(e)As a key marketing leader in our go-to-market organization, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy for the region across small business, mid-market and enterprise segments(e)This includes the strategy for all online and offline programs working with the broader marketing team to help on the execution side(e)If you are a revenue-centric marketing leader that thrives on growth and scaling a modern B2B demand generation and deal progression engine, this is the role for you.
What will you be doing?
- Lead a small team of marketers responsible for developing and implementing a demand generation and progression strategy for EMEA, consisting of both online and offline tactics
- Partner with the global digital demand gen team to strategize and execute on regionally focused digital campaigns to capture demand and to create demand within a named account list
- Own the in-person and virtual regional event strategy and partner with the broader team on the execution
- Develop a strong partnership with regional sales leaders and reps ensuring tight coordination between marketing and sales activities to generate high-quality pipeline and to solicit qualitative feedback to improve programs and campaigns
- Continuously analyze the funnel to identify breakpoints at key stages within the sales cycle to architect creative campaigns to drive progression
- Accountable for full-funnel metrics in the region — from MQLs, SQLs and opportunities to won deals and new annual recurring revenue
What skills & experience do you need?
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in fast-paced technology companies with leadership experience across demand generation and field marketing
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing cost-effective marketing campaigns, both online and offline, with clear ROI focused metrics
- Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
- Experience in a predominantly sales-led go-to-market environment is a plus
- Experience working in horizontal businesses a big plus
