We are in search of a Lead of Tech Partnerships reporting to the VP of Global Partnerships(e)This person will be based in Criteo’s global headquarters in Paris, France [with remote working opportunities]. The Global Lead, Tech Partnerships will help shape the future of Criteo’s Technology Partner Program to deliver high-impact solutions and go-to-market motions that help Criteo better serve its 20,000+ global customers. To do this, you will work directly with executives and senior leaders on developing Criteo’s growth strategy through key technology partnerships(e) This dynamic role will manage a team of business development professionals responsible for driving success through both the identification of new partner opportunities as well as through existing partners by uncovering new uses cases and ultimately driving revenue through more integrated marketing and sales alignment(e) The ideal candidate should excel in building trust with senior executives and hold a high bar for executional excellence and a bias for action.
What you will do
- Lead and manage the Technology Partnerships team
- Lead strategy definition for major technology partnerships, both existing and pipeline
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with a broad range of constituents, particularly in product, engineering, marketing, sales, and legal and with top external partner executives.
- Execute a methodical Go-To-Market approach from alignment through deal execution with the most influential partners in the ecosystem
- Lead joint business development planning processes with technology partners that develop mutual performance objectives, targets, and critical milestones.
- Analyze data trends and partner performance, develop strategic business plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and presentations, partner program
Who you are
- 10+ years in technical partnerships and managing GTM relationships
- Experience (or a demonstrated ability) managing a team
- Strong technical acumen; experience dealing with PM and technical solutions teams
- Ability to craft a joint Partner + Criteo narrative and execute in a Go-To-Market capacity
- Preferred MBA or Master’s degree in a technical field
- Proven track record of developing and executing partner programs that drive partner revenue goals
- Ability to influence and drive needed change with both internal and external stakeholders including C-level.
- Knowledge of the ad tech landscape and an understanding of industry trends and relationships
