Criteo retail media’s team helps and advises brands (Nestlé, Coca Cola, L’Oréal, Lego, Microsoft) to promote their products on e-commerce websites (Boulanger, Carrefour, Auchan, Intermarché Drive) in duplicating in store merchandising activities already existing(e)On the retailer side, the platforms used by the team enable the monetization of their advertisement spaces. All the solutions existing in the platform rely on the retargeting algorithm that help focusing on the right shopper, at the right moment during all his online purchasing journey.

What you will do :

  • You will sell the Criteo Retail Media proposition to the brands and agencies in France
  • Organize and prioritize your brands and agencies against the key categories of our retail partners
  • Continuously prospect and pitch new clients, looking to drive the sale of new campaigns 
  • Manage client relationships from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales 
  • Create long term client relationships which ultimately leads to sustainable, repeating business
  • Understand and articulate key KPIs for campaigns (e.g(e)ROAS, …)  and use that to fuel new business with existing clients

Who you are :

  • Master's degree or equivalent 
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role and environment (internships and apprenticeships included)
  • Direct industry know-how covering current or prior experience with brands (Consumer Electronics, Fashion, Toys, ...) and agencies is highly desired 
  • Interest and ideally work experience in the online retail space and an understanding of sensitivities to advertising on retail sites 
  • Fundamental understanding of online advertising, technology ecosystem, reporting of campaigns, etc. 
  • Existing strong relationships with e-commerce sites and brands 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with persuasive verbal and written communication expertise 
  • Disciplined and methodical sales approach is required as well as prioritizing and organizing sales calls for maximum revenue impact
  • Comfortable with outbound cold-calling, Salesforce.com knowledge is a plus 
  • Team player who is able to facilitate communication amongst several departments
  • Good interpersonal and persuasive skills across all levels
  • Business fluent in French and English
