·       Sourcing candidates for Tech and Sales roles by choosing the appropriate tools

 

·       Building strong relationships with Hiring Managers and Recruiters in EMEA, allowing a collaborative approach

 

·       Engaging with diverse candidates, you will be an advocate for the candidate experience and brand awareness

 

·       Using market data to build a visual representation of the market landscape and to propose strategic recommendations regarding the search and talent pipelines

 

·       By mapping the key players in EMEA, you will be a strategic advisor to the hiring managers, acting as a real business partner

 

·       Joining a growing team, influencing, and scaling our best practices in sourcing: platforms, web extensions, creative approaches..(e)you will be on the watch for new tools and trends(e)We are a knowledge-sharing environment, and the team runs workshops to share tips and tricks

 

·       Participating in various projects: campus management, employer branding initiatives…

 

·       Building and nurturing a network of talents in EMEA 

 

·       Previous experience in recruitment, with an international context

·       Hands-on experience with sourcing (e.g(e)recruiting on multiple platforms, ATS, and crafting boolean search strings…) 

·       Fluent in English

·       Team oriented, with strong business acumen

·       Creative, results focused,problem-solving skills
