Day in and day out the Digital Marketing Director in Insider;

  • Marketing Strategy
  • Building our scale-up strategy and setting aggressive goals & targets to turn marketing into a revenue-driving growth force.
  • Determining and tracking your OKR and KPI performance including program cost, new targets, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), number of opportunities, and revenue to measure and evaluate the performance
  • Driving long-term engagement to drive meaningful interactions over time—including lead generation, demand capture, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Building content strategy and original content in liaison with our VP of Content to create high-performance campaigns across the funnel.
  • Continuously testing and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum output

  • Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
  • Understanding our audience and building customer profiles to develop personas based on the roles, needs, and objectives to target them precisely respecting their communication preferences (ad blockers, email opt-outs, GDPR etc.)
  • Drive demand generation through various digital channels including PPC, Search, Display, Social Media and Content Syndication, delivering a high amount of opportunities, cost-effectively.
  • Drive Insider’s SEO/SEM Strategy globally, increasing high-quality organic traffic in partnership with the content team, outreach team, and our SEO agency.
  • Grow and optimise our opt-in email database and oversee our segmentation and data enrichment strategy.
  • Design and manage nurture programs with appropriate lead scoring to increase awareness and drive acceleration across the funnel
  • Developing multi-touch marketing programs and campaigns that deliver engaged leads to sales
  • Ensure continuous improvement of our web site's performance with CRO tactics and onsite personalization initiatives to drive lead gen and demo conversions

  • Account Based Marketing
  • Working in close liaison with our Sales team, guide potential customers to our products by designing campaigns with lower-funnel content leveraging paid ads, email, direct mail, ABM ebooks, SEO optimizations, and 3rd party intent data.
  • Designing and executing 1:few and 1:many account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with Sales and relevant stakeholders to drive demand for various target account segments

  • Pipeline Acceleration
  • Speed up the sales processes using pipeline acceleration techniques including but not limited to interviewing potential customers, creating ABM content relevant to the pain points and the position of prospects in the sales funnel and field marketing events.

  • Team Management
  • Leading our digital marketing team consisting of marketing operations, SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing executives.
  • Oversee marketing operations, establish strong relationships with regional sales teams and optimise processes to drive our growth.
  • Managing our demand generation budget, hiring, team building, mentorship, and performance management.

What we expect from you

  • Our ideal demand generation king/queen is genuinely curious about new technologies and marketing trends, has a strong background in digital as well as marketing & sales operation in the B2B SaaS world(e)We are looking for someone who’s willing to build and scale our digital domination function(e)As the Digital Marketing Director, you will support Insider’s efforts to transform the customer experience delivery space with game-changing technologies and products.

  • 8+ years of experience working in digital marketing and demand generation at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience in leading teams, and a strong interest in mentorship and professional development
  • Proven track record in contributing to Marketing’s pipeline generation and revenue targets
  • Expert in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, lead scoring, nurturing programs, list management, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Strong project management skills(e)Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward
  • The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Super energetic positive attitude, a strong sense of humor, and a hearty appetite for growth
  • Genuine curiosity around emerging technologies and marketing trends
  • Passion to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness across 24 regions
