Role
We are looking for creative producers to join our Strategic Partnerships team(e)In this position you will be responsible for handling and organizing processes so that gaming studios can do what they do best, porting our portfolio to major platforms (SNAP, Facebook, WeChat…)
We are looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and have a sharp eye for games and products.
- Ensure that our games launch and operate successfully by Briefing and piloting external studios on features set and adaptation guidelines, being able to provide clear product feedback on balancing games, making sure that new features are implemented for the end-users, being an active user advocate, and ensuring live issues affecting end users are being followed up on and resolved
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps considering dependencies across multiple development teams to ensure successful releases
- Provide transparency on project status and risks to stakeholders in order to ensure they are properly informed of any impacts from upcoming releases(e)Communicate frequently with the rest of the production team and project leads on project status, risks, and opportunities
- Ensure the team has the best organizational structure, processes, and practices that allow them to produce high-quality work efficiently and on time
Profile
- Sharp eye for games and or products with the ability to provide detailed feedback to the studio for constant product quality improvement
- User-focused
- Strong preference to applicants with previous games publishing and/or product.
- Understanding of project management practices as they relate to web and creative development.
- Worked in an environment where you had to exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily, viewing each new problem as an opportunity for success.
- Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution.
- Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders: external studios, QA teams, project managers
- Ability to adapt and be effective in new situations with a highly dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
