As our first Program Manager in the Founders' Unit, you are at the heart of the Executive team's operations(e)You directly report to Philippine, our Chief of Staff leading the Founders' Unit, and together support our co-Founders, Steve and Alexandre in creating the finance solution all businesses love(e)You will work with all Qonto's leaders and teams, and will ensure transversal coordination between them to carry out your missions!
???? As a Program Manager at Qonto, you will
• Support Founders and Chief of Staff: You will develop a 360° understanding of Qonto’s performance, key levers, and main challenges
• Make internal communications and strategic meetings impactful: You will plan, coordinate and prepare key internal communications and internal strategic meetings (e.g(e)weekly executive committee meetings, monthly leadership meetings, monthly all-hands meetings) and ensure follow-up
• Lead or support cross-functional corporate initiatives to optimize our scale and accelerate our growth
• Help boost Qonto’s image: You will prepare key presentations, reports, and recommendations for external events (e.g(e)startup/Fintech events and meetings with potential partners)
? What you can expect
• Work in a fast-paced and scaling environment
• Work in an international company, with 44 nationalities and teams in 4 European countries
• Work on a day-to-day basis with our co-Founders, Chief of Staff, and Executive Committee
? About You
• Experience: 5+ years of experience, including 2+ in a top-tier consulting firm - experience in a similar fast-moving context and/or in an international environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills: You have experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Analytical skills: You are able to collect information, analyze them and solve problems
• Leadership & Relationship skills: You are able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
• Communication skills: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Conscientious: you pay attention to detail in the execution and the follow-up of missions
• Languages: You are fluent in both French and English
• Education: You have a Master’s degree or equivalent

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any of your questions
- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to create a strong alignment on what they will expect from you and tell you more about their way of operating
- A fully remote exercise to evaluate your abilities and give you a taste of what you could work on at Qonto
- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you envision yourself at the company
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
