Founded in 2019 by Romain Niccoli (ex founder and CTO of Criteo) and Eléonore Crespo (Index Ventures and Google), Pigment is a fast-growing international scale-up that raised over $160M+ to become the central business planning solution powering Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing decisions.

What you'll do
- Work with sales teams to understand market needs and translate them into actionable programs, building our global programs and activities.
- Driving omnichannel event marketing strategy across in-person events, webinars, podcasts, and more.
- Creating and executing multi-touch account-based marketing plans that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our most strategic accounts, including 1:1 and 1:few initiatives to help achieve sales revenue goals
- Researching specific industry sectors, organisations and personas to produce targeted materials and messaging, including customised collateral to support the sales teams across the entire sales cycle
- Leading the execution of local marketing activity including digital campaigns and events with other marketing peers and agencies for targeted accounts
- Developing positive relationships with account teams and customers
- Forecasting, measuring and analysing the impact of programs on sales cycles; produce weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and region success.
What You Are
- Proven experience as a Field Marketing or Demand Gen professional in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience of marketing in the UK&I, BeNeLux, and or Nordics
- Understanding of the trends and issues facing marketers in the digital age
- Knowledge of customers and competitive marketing programs, which is used to develop effective marketing programs and messages
- Experience in creating targeted programs and tailored account-based marketing campaigns
- Viewed as a critical partner to sales
- Presents convincingly to executives, partners, and customers
- Ability to influence peers through collaborative working
- Works well with agencies and partners to deliver outstanding and creative marketing execution
- Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
- Fluent English(e)French or additional European languages is an advantage
- Graduate and or post-graduate qualifications or equivalent experience
