Growth Marketing is more and more technological and cross-channel, this is why we’re looking for new skill sets to connect all the dots, create an all-bound prospect journey by breaking silos, and aligning strategies and processes.

You’ll partner across the Growth, Marketing, and RevOps teams to understand what’s needed from our projects and growth marketing operations to drive the business forward(e)You’ll build frameworks for prioritizing resources and analyzing campaigns, making sure we’re allocating time and budget to programs that will drive results.

Mission

  • Collaborate with GTM team members (Growth, Marketing, Sales…) to design, implement, and refine workflows and processes
  • Work with our Growth Engineers, Performance Marketing and RevOps team to design and implement any necessary infrastructure, automation needed to scale the revenue organization and enhance the quality of data that feeds into our GTM tools
  • Optimize lead management processes through all stages of the marketing and sales funnel from lead acquisition, MQL, SQL, to pipeline and closed/won business (i.e build a resilient yet scalable lead flow engine between our marketing automation and SFDC)
  • Measure the impact of growth and marketing activities (Ads, Lead Gen, Webinars, Events...) using analytics tools and automate reporting processes and make recommendations on the organization's overall growth marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with teams to launch a variety of programs, including email campaigns, landing pages, lead scoring, nurture flows, etc.
  • Continuously increase the level of data-savvy of all GTM team members by developing an Operational Excellence culture, enablement content, dashboards, and self-service templates.

Profile

  • Experience with marketing and sales KPIs, as well as a strong understanding of the types of metrics used to drive effective decision-making in these functions
  • Understand the data structure of Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM systems
  • Experience in managing large-scale complex projects across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Great communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with an ability to rally cross-functional teams around common objectives
