We're looking for a Growth Manager to join us.

We’re still a small team (Ed - Growth Lead, Diego - Growth Ops & Sam - Growth Engineer) but will double in the next 4 months and we need a new brain to tackle new challenges and help us make an even greater impact!

You’ll be working on designing and implementing high-impact initiatives to drive revenue and efficiencies across the Business teams(e)Velocity and fast experimentation are at the heart of our multidisciplinary squad who combines a strong business mindset and technical skills.

Mission

• Work with GTM teams to design and translate go-to-market strategy into action, help manage attainment to goals, and operationalize improvements to playbooks, processes, and tools
• Optimize our intent-based prospection strategy in collaboration with the growth engineering team and Sales teams (EMEA and US).
• Drive new experiments and key projects such as:
- Create and execute a customer referral strategy leveraging the power of our customers to acquire new business;
- Design and implement a strong nurturing process to make sure no lost opportunities sleep through the crack.
• Build the Book of Businesses (target account lists) of the Sales Reps with the ambition of “targeting the right companies with the right message at the right time”.
• Gather customer and market research to identify relevant patterns and produce relevant audiences and messaging (persona, industries, specific business use cases...).

Profile

• You have strong project management skills with experience delivering high-quality results in tight deadline environments.
• You’re a structured and analytical thinker with a natural capacity to distill complex concepts and effectively communicate them to a variety of audiences.
• Experienced with automation tools (Zapier/n8n), and sourcing/enrichment tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, Captain Data...) is a plus.
• Fluent in English
