Founded in 2016 by Jean-Charles Samuelian and Charles Gorintin, Alan is the first independent digital health insurance in France since 1986.
By providing our members with delightful health insurance bundled with innovative healthcare services, Alan's long-term goal is to help all people have a personalised and accessible healthcare experience.

? CROSS-TEAM: MARKETING & SALES ?
⭐️ YOUR MISSION ⭐️
After positive cross-segment signals in 2021, we want to scale our network approach to accelerate our customer acquisition in 2022 onwards. The mission of the Field Marketer is to drive revenue growth and Alan adoption among the targeted national and local networks.
1/ Scaling the network approach…
Identify and map the ecosystem of networks we want to address (hand in hand with the Business Segment Owner).
Organize the network animation to engage and delight customers and prospects. - Increase brand awareness among the targeted networks
- Lead Account Based Marketing campaigns for top tier accounts
- Represent Alan at external network events (annual conferences, etc.)
- Organise and execute online and offline local events, leveraging the sales and the existing customers
- Manage the event promotion, the content production and the pre- and post-event communication
Empower the network managers to effectively sell the value of Alan to their adherents, franchises, etc(e)(content creation, presentation, co-marketing actions…)
Monitor and share network penetration progress, both internally and to the networks
Coordinate the implementation of the partnership with legal, offers & pricing crews
Write the playbook to scale the network approach
2/ …that will contribute to maximising the sales acquisition
Support sales crew members to connect with networks in an efficient way (understand the decision-making process, identify key stakeholders…)
Attend meetings with networks along with the Sales
Support the lead generation plan (inbounds, qualified leads…)
3/ And challenge/align with internal stakeholders
Collaborate with the Business Segment owners, the Sales crew members, the marketing community to continuously identify growth opportunities.
Challenge and align internal stakeholders on the roadmap and priorities.
⭐️ SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE⭐️
You will be a good fit for the role if you have:
- You have experience in a B2B environment
- Your are able to lead high-level discussions with C-levels-like personas
- You are able to transpose the company’s vision into a network adoption strategy
- You are able to animate a community of prospects and/or customers
- You have previous experience in organizing in-person events or webinars, crafting events’ script.
- You are able to draft marketing emails, web copy, sales enablement kits
- You have some experience working cross functionally with sales and marketing
What are the personality traits that enable someone to be successful in this role?
- You are highly results-driven with strong analytical ability
- You have excellent written and oral communications skills
- You have a strong ability to monitor and share blockers and progress internally
- You have strong project management and problem solving skills
- You are fluent in French
- You have great teamwork skills, you're able to align multiple stakeholders.
