You are self-driven and highly collaborative, adept at negotiating complex enterprise agreements, fostering and establishing relationships with senior supply chain executives, competing effectively by understanding and solving our customers visibility business problems through our differentiated API and data driven approach, and exciting both external and internal stakeholders to achieve desired goals(e)You believe in our mission to help our customers deliver the best customer experience possible while also reducing the carbon footprint through more efficient supply chains for a better planet. 

Key Accountabilities

Manage a portfolio of project44 customers to:  

  • Develop and execute a large account, multi-LOB development strategy for a named set of project44’as largest customers with a goal of growing project44’s annual subscription business  
  • Customer Centricity: Be the POC for the customer, set up the account plan, present insights on the partnership and build reporting cadence with customer on a regular basis 
  • Ensure that all technology and business delivery expectations are met with a goal of continually improving customer satisfaction based on quantifiable business value drivers and metrics
  • Serve as internal project44 advocate, working closely with Sales, Sales Leadership, Onboarding, Growth, Customer Success, Support, Product Management, Engineering team members, to ensure customer satisfaction and value attainment
  • Navigate cross-functional groups and buying centers to influence strategic decision makers and achieve desired goals
  • Cultivate and manage senior business relationships and establish yourself as trusted advisor
  • Manage complex sales processes and follow-through on commitments, and communicate relevant information to internal and external stakeholders on a timely basis 

Qualifications and Preferred Skills 

  • PROACTIVE, DISCIPLINED and PERSISTENT personal style with an innate sense of urgency  
  • Executive presence with strong intellect and an educated approach to delivering a BOD-level point of view regarding real-time transportation visibility solutions and business impact  
  • Proven ability to present and sell complex SaaS solutions in a Voice of the Customer context, explicitly linked to business impact and value 
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and engage across the customer’s organization, from hands-on technical and business resources to SVP/C-level executives
  • Proven ability to retain and capture new expansion business via successful whitespace mapping and sales play execution
  • Process-oriented approach to identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing enterprise-level software subscription agreements in complex, multi-constituent enterprise environments
  • Transparent and accountable operating style (Salesforce proficiency required)
  • Dedication to the art and science of selling with defined sales methodology experience (Force Management/MEDDIC sales qualification methodology or similar)
  • Willingness and desire to travel as necessary in support of individual sales activities and team success
  • 7+ years of quota-beating enterprise software/ subscription sales experience – transportation management and logistics platform knowledge are required
  • Fluency in French & English languages is required
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
