About the Role

As the Director Demand Generation EMEA, you are a key member of the EMEA Sales & Marketing leadership team and are responsible for driving inbound growth, elevating our brand, and building customer loyalty in the EMEA market(e)This leader should have a strong focus on demand generation with experience working cross-functionally and cross geography to align the EMEA marketing plan to project44’s global marketing strategy(e)This person will manage a team of 4 field marketers and own the demand generation and field marketing strategy for Europe.  

In this role, you will collaborate with your team, local sales leaders, and international and corporate marketing functions, to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support project44 pipeline and revenue goals, using a mix of channels and tactics including social, digital, website, events, PR & media, and partnerships(e)This role is both strategic planning and tactical execution, requiring both high-level conceptual thinking and attention to detail. 

Key Accountabilities 

  • Lead a team of 4 field marketers across EMEA providing coaching, mentorship, and performance development 
  • Lead and be responsible for the creation and execution of regional go-to-market plans, in partnership with corporate marketing and sales leadership 
  • Exceed brand awareness and regional pipeline goals 
  • Build and optimize the strategy for localization of our brand, messaging, and communication channels within the Europe market 
  • Build a strong partnership with regional sales leaders, SDRs and Account Executives to ensure tight coordination between marketing and sales lead generation activities  
  • Execute local marketing programs and campaigns across a variety of channels including webinars, tradeshows, digital ads, PR, web, email, social, and more 
  • Collaborate with central marketing functions including Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications & Content, Carrier Marketing, Customer & Partner Marketing, and the Design team 
  • Manage EMEA regional demand generation budgets and forecast demand generation activity and analyze results on a consistent basis to ensure pipeline objectives are being met 
  • Continuously analyze the funnel to identify breakpoints at key stages within the sales cycle to architect creative campaigns to drive progression 
  • Continuously experiment with tactics and channels to identify new areas of opportunity 

 Requirements & Preferred Skills 

  • 8+ of B2B SaaS marketing experience in EMEA 
  • Experience leading a European Field Marketing team 
  • Excellent client-facing, English and French written and verbal skills 
  • People-focused leader with proven ability to build collaborative teams, coach, mentor, and develop people
  • Clear ability to work closely with sales leadership and sales teams, driving pipeline and revenue 
  • Broad set of marketing skills across areas including digital, social, events, PR, campaigns, and heavy focus on demand generation 
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and ON24 
  • Shown ability to drive revenue through highly effective marketing messaging, channels, and campaigns 
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations affecting the EMEA market 
  • A growth mindset
