We're looking for a talented Engineer to join us(e)The team is still really small (Ed - Growth Lead, Diego - Growth Ops & Sam - Growth Engineer) and we need a new brain to tackle new challenges and help us make an even greater impact!
You’ll be working on designing and implementing high-impact initiatives to drive revenue and efficiencies across the Business teams(e)Velocity and fast experimentation are at the heart of our multidisciplinary squad who combines a strong business mindset and technical skills.

We spent 2022 laying the foundations of our internal Growth Engine called Palette(e)Palette is responsible of several key workflows for the Business Team and we want to make it even more central(e)2023 will be about scaling the existing features and exploring, designing, and building new ones for the new challenges ahead.

Mission
Design, develop and maintain features for Palette (our in-house prospect database)(e)It can spread from enhancing existing workflows to cover new use cases to designing and quickly iterating to answer new needs from the business team.

• Common tasks when working on Palette:
- Build DBT models and syncs to leverage the data and make it actionable in our Business tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Slack, etc.)
- Custom ETL design, implementation, and maintenance
- Store and unify the data in the warehouse
- Build Cloud Functions to collect and enrich data with scraping and/or 3rd party vendors

 But also more high-level tasks:
- Improve our tool stack when it comes to data collection/visualization/streams or new data sources
- Develop company-level data projects like dashboards or ad hoc analysis in collaboration with the Revenue Operations team (who has one Data Analyst)

• You can also expect to see our team launching initiatives such as an account scoring system, automated workflows, free products, and more!

Profile

  • You have 2+ years of experience in an Engineering, Growth, or Data role
  • You have a Growth mindset and are interested in Sales/Marketing initiatives and challenges
  • You're able to function in a fast-paced environment, identifying and prioritizing what needs to get done without continuous direct instruction
  • You have a doer personality with the ability to own and build growth projects with attention to detail

Skills

  • Experienced with Python and SQL
  • Experience with a cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Digital Ocean, or Azure)
  • Experience with Terraform is a plus
  • Experience with dbt is a plus
  • Experience with Big Query and Google Cloud in general is a huge plus (Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Tasks, Cloud SQL, etc.)
  • Familiarity with techniques and tools for scraping data
