Pigment is searching for a Customer Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in retelling our customer stories, building their advocacy, and working with them to share their experiences in different forums(e)The goal of this role is to demonstrate Pigment’s value and differentiation by understanding our target audiences, what they care about most and showing them how others like them have succeeded at that, and more, with Pigment(e)Just as importantly, we will ensure our customers who share their stories with us feel valued, rewarded, and engaged from these interactions.

What you’ll do

  • Own the customer marketing roadmap, defining a strategy aligned on business goals to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience
  • Produce customer stories to drive brand awareness, accelerate the sales cycle and support renewals(e)You will own the strategy for these and be accountable for their execution. 
  • Listen to Gong calls and find “easy wins” to share customer stories: why they picked Pigment, what value are they getting, why would they not be able to live without us
  • Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories
  • Create high impact, high value engagements that bring to life the voice of the customer across all channels
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, awards programs, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns
  • Identify key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, etc.
  • Build relationships, inside and outside the organization, working with customers and customer teams to understand what people care about and delivering on it
  • Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives
  • Own our Customer Advocacy program, ensuring we are rewarding our customers and building loyalty through our engagements
  • Work with Brand & PR to bring customer stories and value to life across our external initiatives
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing team to raise awareness and adoption of Pigment, and share product feedback internally
  • Determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, and business(e)
  • Previous Customer Service, Customer Success, or Account Management experience preferred
  • Strong passion for serving and understanding customers
  • Ability to write effective copy is a must; graphic design capabilities are a big plus(e)You are very creative in your marketing and communication skills
  • Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacyExperienced in working in an international environment and global brands, understanding how to adjust messaging, tone and approach for different markets and audiences
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll be asked to stretch beyond your core responsibilities
  • Speak English fluently (French is a plus)
