You will join the CRM team and contribute to building and managing the CRM strategy in all countries ensuring that our customers receive the most engaging communications to deliver value to them and growth for Qonto.
You will join a team of 10 Qontoers in our CRM team, you will report to Coralie Blanc our CRM Lead.
????As a CRM manager at Qonto, you will
• Execute the CRM strategy: you will be responsible for programming and sending email, mobile push notifications, SMS, and in-app campaigns in the CRM tools
• Guarantee the application of good practices by communication channel and the relevance of targeting to ensure the quality of customer experience and the effectiveness of the campaigns
• Coordinate efforts with the different teams to ensure that you obtain the assets in time (definition of deadlines and reminders) to allow the actions to be put into production on time
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of message personalization
• Ensure permanent monitoring of the different CRM communication channels of the competition and other sectors and draw recommendations for the improvement of our actions

?About You
• Teamwork spirit: You enjoy and are able to work collaboratively across departments.

• Experience: young graduate or junior (1-2 years experience) with a first significant experience in CRM campaign management (can be through apprenticeship)
• Mastery: Appreciation for numbers and mastery of basic sorting and spreadsheet functions
• Languages: You speak both French and English
• Education: You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing / Digital Marketing
• Bonus skills: HTML & CSS, SQL

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together
- A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working Qonto could be like
- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
