As a CRM Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting CRM performance to show how our strategies have driven value for both our customers and our business so that we can continuously improve.

You will join a team of six Qontoers specialized in CRM and be the first member of the CRM subteam in charge of monitoring our performance and driving continuous improvement on our existing actions(e)You will directly report to Coralie, our Senior CRM Lead, and will build a team of two direct reports.

?‍??‍? As a CRM Lead at Qonto, you will

Design our monitoring system and our processes, so that you can analyze, report, and improve on our performance
Understand and manage unexpected changes in the performance of our automated actions, or any ad-hoc sendings
Build knowledge and continuously improve our actions analyzing and sharing A/B testing results and defining the next steps
Measure the marketing pressure, its impact on our performance and give recommendations (channels, sending time...) for continuous improvement
Build, recruit and lead a team of two direct reports
Define and execute the roadmap for your team
Deliver great energy to get things done and help your team succeed to achieve ambitious objectives through management rituals (dailies, weeklies, 1o1s, progress reviews)

?About You

Experience: You have 4+ years of experience in cross-channel CRM marketing (email, mobile, in-product) and automation strategies using CRM platforms like customer.io, Intercom, or Braze
Mastery: You are an analytical thinker with experience measuring CRM actions performance, and finding areas of opportunity(e)Strong A/B testing skills and KPIs analysis knowledge(e)SQL knowledge is a plus
Leadership skills: You are interested in management and you have demonstrated your ability to help people grow through mentoring of junior CRM managers or apprentices
Balance big picture and detail: You can manage complex business problems and you are curious to dive into detailed data, while still being able to see the big picture(e)You know how to prioritize your tasks
Continuous improvement: You thrive to get better every day even if it means learning from your own mistakes
Flexible: You are at ease in a fast-paced environment and are also able to work with tight deadlines
Languages: You speak both English and French fluently(e)Italian, Spanish or German is a plus
Education: You have a master's degree or equivalent

? Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together
- A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working Qonto could be like
- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
