As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will be involved in financial planning, investors monthly reporting, corporate finance projects (M&A, fundraising, special projects), and financial/data analysis for the executive committee.

You will report to Antoine, Lead Corporate Finance, and will work with other Qonto team members (Finance, Data, Growth, Strategy). 


?‍??‍? As an FP&A Associate at Qonto, you will

• Work on monthly financial reporting and quarterly board deck for investors
• Contribute to weekly reporting and analysis for Qonto's top management including monitoring of key KPIs (Client acquisition, ARPU, MRR)
• Update and enrich our Business Plan, Budget and Reforecast and participate in the automation of the forecasting process
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis / financial modeling on different topics (e.g(e)deep dive on performance)
• Contribute to corporate finance projects (M&A, fundraising, special projects)
• Support data team in building relevant dashboards to enable decision making and track Qonto goals and initiatives

• To work closely with Qonto's Finance team and also be exposed to other Qonto team members
• To be exposed to financial and strategic topics (financial planning, M&A, investors reporting) but also BI/data analysis topics
• To contribute to the development of the Finance function in one of the most promising European scale-ups / fintech

?About You

• Experience: you have at least 3 years of experience in Transaction Services, FP&A, controlling, VC or M&A, ideally with previous experience working with start-ups / scale-ups
• Communication: you have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and in a structured way
• Mastery: you are analytical, fully proficient in Excel, and ideally a first experience working with financial tools (Tableau, Metabase, Power BI) and/or financial planning tools (Anaplan)(e)You know how to use data to build powerful insights and strategies.
• Languages: you are fluent in English and another European language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) is a definite plus

? Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together
- A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working Qonto could be like
- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
