Our Solution Engineering team is growing and we're looking for someone with a business sense, a strong technical background and the desire to participate into the creation of our Marketing Intelligence Platform to join us!
Business Data Scientists are our rockstars configuring the MadKudu platform for our new customers to set them for success and enable all the value they can get out of it. You will guide the customers through the first configurations of the platform, dig into their data, build their predictive models in our internal Data Science Studio and collaborate with our Customer Success team to fully onboard these new customers. All of that while keeping a strong focus on our customer's ultimate business outcome and while engaging with non-technical audiences.
By being a product expert, you will also closely collaborate with our Product & Engineering teams to share feedbacks and suggest product improvements.

What does Solution Engineering at MadKudu look like?
We're growing fast but we're still a human-sized company (25 people) which means you're joining a rocket ship right before liftoff! We have 4 amazing Business Data Scientists, based in Paris and San Francisco. Joining the team, you'll have the opportunity to grow alongside your colleagues and learn new things every day.
A day in the life
- Meet with new customers to gather their business and technical requirements to be successful
- Take ownership of their end-to-end implementation by exploring their data and building predictive algorithms in our internal data science studio
- Work closely with Product and Engineering by suggesting new features for our customer-facing app and our internal data science studio
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive business insights and support adoption of MadKudu solutions

- have hands on experience with data science projects
- are obsessed with Solving Customer Problems
- have a previous experience with any coding or querying language (SQL like)
- are able to communicate technical requirements to a non-technical audience
- have some knowledge of statistical modeling
- have a strong sense of ownership and strong business sense
- are eager to grow and learn
- are excellent in project management
