What is your team about
You will be a part of a lean, ambitious Communications team, made up of experts in brand design, content, and employer branding(e)The team works directly with the Voodoo Publishing team, planning and creating content for the gaming unit as well as broader company branding initiatives(e)As a Brand Designer, your role will be to produce relevant and innovative content on a regular basis, working with our Senior Brand Designer as well as internal and external stakeholders(e)We’re looking for a talented individual that can combine strategy and strong execution to help share Voodoo’s knowledge with studios, whilst reinforcing our position as leading publisher and employer within the mobile gaming industry.
What will be your main challenges?
- Produce a wide variety of assets, including social media assets, ads, illustrations, landing pages, slide decks, animations, and so on
- Ensure consistency between all deliverables, following our existing art direction
- Work closely with our Senior Brand Designer in the evolution of Voodoo’s visual identity
- Own and manage a large variety of projects, from start to finish, and in total autonomy
- Develop and enrich our brand design system for both internal and external purposes
What do we expect?
- A strong portfolio, showing all your different skills
- Knowledge and experience working with Illustration tools (Illustrator), 3D tools (Blender), UI tools and design systems (Figma), as well as Motion Design and Video Editing tools (After Effects, Premiere).
- Strong Project Management skills; experience in making briefs, estimating deadlines, prioritising tasks, and staying flexible
- 2+ years of experience as a brand/graphic designer
- Good communication skills, fluent in English and preferably in French
- A creative and innovative mindset, a willingness to learn new things and improve your skills
- Strong attention to details with a pixel-perfect approach, but able to deliver something “good enough” when deadlines are tight
- Humble and able to take and apply direct feedback, as well as challenge others, with no ego issues
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced and always-changing environment
- Experience working in a tech environment or start-up/scale-up is a plus.
- Photography and video recording skills are a plus.
