As an Accountants Partnerships Manager, your role will be to take care of our partner accountants by onboarding them perfectly, developing their economic potential, and making them love Qonto even more(e)Hundred accounting firms are already our partners and rely on Qonto every month to save time with their clients(e)Thousands of them are our potential future partners!

Depending on the lead-time:
- You will join the Accountant team, led by Arthur, within the Partnerships team led by Germain (our Director of Partnerships).
- You will directly report to Germain, our Director of Partnerships, and will work closely with the Growth (Arthur, our Accounting Ecosystem Expert), Strategic Projects and Product teams.

?‍??‍? As an Accountants Partnerships Manager at Qonto, you will

Define and execute the roadmap of Partnership Development and Account Management to become the Standard with our partners' accounting firms.
Onboard all accountants perfectly and make sure they use and understand all the Qonto’s value both for them and their clients
Develop strong relationships with our accountants' partners by organizing and participating in dedicated special events.
Support our partners in the implementation of defined marketing supports and actions
Centralise feedback and improvement requests to enable the product team to know their needs and prioritise them.

?About You

Customer-oriented: at least 2 years experience in a similar role and/or in a Key Account Manager or Sales position
Mastery: You like to optimize internal processes to respond better and reactively to our customers
Teamwork: You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in full autonomy and within a hypergrowth context
Partners-centric: You know how to anticipate partners’ needs, offer outstanding onboarding, bring relevant solutions, and build long-term relationships with your partners
Tools: You have already used a CRM (Salesforce would be a plus)
Nice to have: You have a first experience in the french or European accounting ecosystem (an accounting firm, an accounting tool, etc.)
Languages: You are fluent in French and English

? Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together
- A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working Qonto could be like
- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
