We are looking for our future Vice President of People & Talent, EMEA & APAC to strengthen our European People and Talent strategy and function(e)Reporting to Botify’s SVP, People and Culture (based in NY) being  a member of our European leadership team, you will:
 

  • Lead the European and APAC People & Talent teams (across Paris, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney) and coach team members to success
  • Be a strategic business partner and work cross-functionally
  • Build and optimize Organizational Design and processes, including around hybrid-remote culture
  • Establish a strong Talent Strategies geared towards hiring top  talent
  • Establish a strong Development & Growth culture geared towards retaining talent
  • Support the team in managing the works council in France (CSE)
  • Design and deploy HR KPIs and analytics to drive data-based decision-making

What we are looking for:

  • Have a successful track record of at least 10 years of HR/Talent experience
  • Have a successful track record of at least 4 years managing teams within the HR/Talent function
  • Excellent understanding of French employment law; other EU, UK, APAC employment law is a plus
  • At ease with HR tech, including deploying a HRIS
  • You are flexible, a self-starter and autonomous, with a can-do attitude
  • Want to work in a multicultural environment 
  • Speak fluent French and English
